If you send you CV/resume to us then your CV or any personal details from your CV such as your name and contact details will never be distributed by Europa Technical Solutions to any other person, business or organisation without your knowledge and approval.

We may provide Non-Personal Data to third parties, where such information is combined with similar information of other users of our website. For example, we might inform third parties regarding the number of unique users who visit our website, the demographic breakdown of our community users of our website, or the activities that visitors to our website engage in while on our website. Right of Access

Under section 4 of the Acts you have a right to be given a copy of your personal data. This can be done via a Subject Access Request sent to the Data Controller, Europa Technical Solutions c/o our address as listed on the Contact Us page on this website. The Subject Access Request must be made in writing and be accompanied by a fee of €6.35 made payable to Europa Technical Solutions. The written application must also be accompanied by an acceptable proof of identity (photo-id and proof of address).

Right of rectification or erasure.

Under section 6 of the Acts, you have a right to have your personal data corrected, if you consider it inaccurate, or erased, if you feel that we do not have a legitimate reason for retaining the data. This may be done via an email or written request that should be sent to the Data Controller, Europa Technical Solutions c/o our physical address or general enquiry email address, both of which are listed on the Contact Us page on this website.

It is our policy to review all stored data on an ongoing basis and to delete that which is not necessary, or which is no longer necessary.
